You can define your account details and athlete profile, manage integrations and AI consents under Settings:

Account

  • You can make the following changes under Account details upon clicking Save changes:

    • Edit your name, add your birthday and define your country

    • Add, replace, or remove your profile image

    • Change your account email at the moment

  • You can allow access to your data for coach or running buddy or invite them to KULG

  • You can remove access to your account by going to the email you wish to remove and clicking Revoke access

  • You can request to delete your account.

Athlete profile

For runner accounts, there's an Athlete profile page, designed to power KULG Training Intelligence in providing personalised training guidance. The profile has different sections, and the more data is added by the athlete, the more context-aware the AI insights and Training assistant is.

The more information you add to your Athlete profile, the better KULG Training Intelligence can adapt recommendations to your individual physiology, performance, and recovery.

Training & goals

  • You can view and edit the answers you gave during onboarding - your running experience, weekly mileage, sports, current main goal, and define your target race (date and name).

Injury & health

  • You can view and edit the answers you provided about your injury history during onboarding, and report an injury or health issue by specifying its name and the time frame in which it occurred.

HR zones

Performance & physiology

  • You can add and manage key data, including your physical profile (weight, height, body fat %, resting HR), lab metrics (max HR, lactate threshold HR, VO₂max), threshold pace data, and hematology values (hemoglobin, hematocrit).

  • Entries can be saved by date and edited or deleted at any time.

  • Max HR, lactate threshold, and VO₂max are used to calibrate your heart rate zones. If this data is not available, zones are estimated from your activity history, unless you have set them manually. Where possible, use lab values, as VO₂max estimates from watches are often not reliable enough for precise analysis.

  • If your max HR changes with a new lab result, then the HR zones can be automatically updated if you agree to this.

Personal bests

  • You can add the personal best times of your race distances to KULG. This information is considered by KULG Training Intelligence.

Integrations

AI

  • You can give or revoke consent to send training summaries to your AI provider when using the Training assistant.

  • You can connect your own API key (encrypted on the server) or use KULG's shared AI when you don't add one. How much you can use depends on your plan.
