AI Insights are currently live for runners on the Runner plan.

You’ll receive weekly and monthly AI insights that summarise your recent training and offer a personalised tip to help guide your next week or month.

These insights appear automatically at the start of a new week or month. Quarterly and annual insights will follow.

What AI Insights are based on

KULG’s AI looks at your training from a holistic perspective. The more consistently you track, the more personalised and meaningful your insights become.

AI Insights consider:

Training data:

  • Activities and activity types

  • Notes and tags (The more you add here, the better and more personalised your insights become.)

  • Perceived effort (RPE) and feeling

Recovery data:

  • HRV and resting heart rate

  • Sleep quality

  • Readiness and sleep data from Oura (if connected)

Goals and experience:

  • Long-term goals and experience level set during onboarding

Physiological data:

  • Age, sex, height, weight, and other details from Settings » Account

All insights follow science-based training principles from KULG’s knowledge base to support sustainable, long-term progress.

Where to find your AI Insights

AI Insights appear alongside other KULG pattern detection insights in the app header under the loudspeaker icon. New insights are marked with a blue dot, making them easy to spot.

Each insight includes a short summary of your training and a practical, actionable tip you can apply right away.

Privacy and control

All KULG insights are private. They are visible only to you as a runner and are not shared with coaches or other runners, even if you’ve granted them access to your data.
